911 Media Arts Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting independent digital media artists in the creation and exhibition of their work.
To carry out its mission 911 Media Arts Center:
1. Provides direct support to innovative established and emerging media artists through our residency programs, access to equipment and technology and exhibition programs.
2. Engages and educates the community by providing education, training and the dissemination of knowledge through our classes, workshops and online resources with an emphasis on artistic and critical thinking.
3. Fosters a supportive community of media makers and media viewers through our exhibition program, membership program, website and collaborations with local and national media arts organizations and businesses.
4. Exemplifies effective organizational stewardship by adhering to best practices in non-profit management.
